Take the first step towards healing with a 15-minute therapy consultation. This brief session allows us to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how we can best support you on your journey to mental wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following policy. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for sessions. To make changes to your appointment, please call us at (217) 418-7245 or use the rescheduling tool in your confirmation email or through your client portal on our website.
