Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

●    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

●    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will incur a $75 fee, except in cases of emergencies.

●    Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for sessions.

Payment Policy​​

Session Fees

• Session fees are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cash, and Zelle.

 

Insurance

Platinum Quest Counseling Services, LLC operates as an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and submitting claims.

Missed Payments

• Late payments will incur a $75.00.

• Continued missed payments may result in suspension of services.
